TITAN Tri-Bar has been specifically designed to overcome "point load" issues and detachment of the bar from the bracket. Tests conclude that TITAN is unrivalled in it's strength. The new "tri-lobular! bracket shape carries more loading than any other system in it's class, while the unique interaction between the bracket head and bar offer twice the strength of it's rivals.

The system has been thermally modelled by Oxford Brookes University using two software packages conforming to BS EN 10211-1 (*Thermal bridge in building constructions: Heat flows and surface temperatures, BSI 1996) that accurately determined the bracket sizes needed to meet the compliant thermal values within a standard twin skin construction, and negating the use of a foam pad on the base of the bracket.
